Healthy cupcakes recipe

Hey Everyone,

I honestly love experimenting with different recipes, so here I am with another healthy recipe. Hopefully you like cupcakes

Add 300g of flour to the bowl

Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of baking powder

Add 275ml of coconut milk or oat milk

1 egg

125g of sugar (I prefer using brown sugar)

1 tbsp of oil

Mix everything together and it should look something like this, don’t worry if it seems too watery it whould be like that

Cut bananas in small pieces

Add them to the mixture

Then add some berries

Mix everything together and add some extra things, I added some apple granola for healthy reasons, but you can always add chocolate instead

Mix everything together

Put cupcake baking cups into a cupcake pan

And put the mixture in

Remember not to put in more than half in each cup, if you don’t want a purple incident happening in your oven (btw the mixture is purple from berries I didn’t add any food colouting)

Preheat your oven on 200 degrees and bake them for about 25 minutes, to be honest mine took 30-35, remember to check on them.

Once they are ready add whatever decorations you want, (not gonna lie, I completely forgot about that) and enjoy your cupcakes 😉
