So so so, summer is here, FINALLY, you don’t even know how excited I am for summer and upcoming holidays, I know that most people are still in school/college, so I hope this post will cheer you up 😉
1. Peach desire
1 cup of coconut milk (If you want you smoothie to be sweeter, add oat milk instead)
2 tbsp low fat yogurt (vanilla?)
1 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup frozen berries
*NO sugar 😛
Mix all the soft ingredients first in a bowl, and then blend frozen fruits adding a mixed paste of milk and yogurt. And here you go, you are ready to serve.
